The sponsors believe that one of the most important aspects enhancing the overall viability of our assets is the property management.  We believe that the true value of the asset is dependent on the residents and their perception of the owner’s relationship with them. When ownership genuinely cares about and attends to the needs and preferences of the residents, by providing services that cannot be duplicated elsewhere, turnover is minimized and rents are maximized.  Such attention includes a conveyance of the character of the property, its environment and most importantly, inspired service and creative amenities.  The resident must know that the owner is committed to achieving these goals and that management of the property is not dependent on a third party whose primary interest is fee generated, with little if any attention paid to the cares and needs of the individual resident.  

To achieve this, we have entered into a long term strategic alliance with Dallas based Trevi Luxury Group, headed by Atef Mankarios, an internationally recognized visionary providing asset management, strategic guidance and management services for the world’s finest independent hotels and resorts and residences. Mr. Mankarios was formerly president and CEO of St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, as well as president and CEO of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. He was also chairman of the board of Preferred Hotels and Resort Worldwide, Inc., a prestigious association of more than 150 independent luxury hotels and resorts and a board member of the exclusive World Travel and Tourism Council. Mr. Mankarios, after living in the finest accommodations throughout the world has chosen a property developed by the principals of Stone Street.

Our alliance with Trevi and Mankarios provides Stone Street a unique opportunity within the luxury rental market by offering services and amenities not otherwise provided by anyone at a comparable price to the resident.  Trevi will bring unmatched amenities to this product including but not limited to a menu of 5-star quality services, including concierge and valet services, secretarial services, travel assistance, dining/takeout, grocery, pharmacy pick-up services, airport transfers, in-room chef/party assistance and a host of others not found in the typical cookie cutter developments.
