The Stone Street team have completed well over fifteen thousand multi-family units.  The principals have been successful with landmark infill office and condominium projects throughout the Park Cities, Uptown, Preston Hollow and other Dallas sub-markets by specializing in maximum density on small development sites. By carefully selecting land parcels that provide the opportunity for the most efficient building possible, the company has established a niche in the market. The principals have served as the General Contractor for each of its developments, with a consistent history of completing projects under budget and on time. 

Stone Street is responsible for all development and management services including the design process, permitting, construction phase, accounting and operations of the project. Stone Street ensures the value created in its projects by constantly identifying, then mitigating, the elements of risk; from the first development step to delivery of the keys to the owner and operator. Throughout the project, our team drills down on program, scope, cost, schedule and constructibility, while maintaining focus on quality, operating efficiency and aesthetics. 

Contracts are rigorously negotiated and administered with every design consultant and contractor, with particular attention paid to coordinating the myriad of detail.  Stone Street's management procedures bring the complexity of project development under control. Our tested programs and procedures will first define and then implement the project goals and team strategies; organizational and staffing structures and detailed reporting systems will ensure the project is delivered according to plan.
